Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Private hire vehicles (VTC) in France can only pick up passengers who have booked in advance. You can book weeks ahead or the same day, subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. Your driver will be there when you actually land, at no extra cost.
